关于报名
1. Q:如何报名语言生课程，我需要准备什么材料？
How to apply? What kind of materials do I need to prepare?
A:请打开报名网址：apply.sjtu.edu.cn,用自己的邮箱申请注册一个账号。根据要求用中文或英文如实填写后提交报名表格。需要上传的文件有:
1)护照（带照片的个人信息页）复印件；已在中国境内者还需提供本次入境的有效签证或居留许可的复印件。2)近期证件照片（白色背景，免冠，jpg格式，2.2x2.8cm）。3)语言生补充信息表。4)已在中国其他高校或学校就读的申请者需提供由所属学校留学生办公室或学院出具的成绩单和出席证明。
Apply online at the website: http://apply.sjtu.edu.cn. Register with your email address and log in, fill out all the required information. Required documents are as follows:
1.A photocopy of your passport page with personal information and photo. If you are already in China, please provide a photocopy of your valid Visa or Residence Permit as well. (Jpg, ≤3MB)
2.A photocopy of your recent photo (jpg, 2.2x2.8cm, 300 pixels/inch, ≤10k, Bareheaded).
3.Supplementary Information Form for Language Students
4.If you have studied at another university/school in China, please submit your study transcript and an attendance letter issued by the International Student Office or the school of your host university with their contact information.
2. Q:我在中国工作，没有时间参加白天的课程，有晚上或者周末的课程吗？
I work in China and I don't have time to attend daytime classes, are there evening or weekend classes?
A:我们有为工作人士开设的非全日制汉语课程，分为综合汉语和商务汉语两种。每年分春，秋两个学期，每周一，三，五晚上六点半到八点。我们没有周末的课程。
3. Q:我没有赶上报名时间的截止日期，可以中途插班吗？
If I missed the application deadline, can I drop in midway?
A:如果你有一定汉语基础，并且可以接受中途插班学费没有折扣的规定，请联系iso@sjtu.edu.cn.
If you have some basic knowledge of Chinese and can accept the rule that there is no discount on the tuition fee for you, please contact iso@sjtu.edu.cn.
4. Q:报名后，我需要怎样确认自己的等级？
How do I know my class level after enrolling?
A:我们会发送等级对照表到你的邮箱，请按照自己目前的中文水平进行等级选择。如果难易度不适合你，可以在开学后的第一周内申请更换。
We will send you a level comparison table to your email, please choose your level according to your current Chinese level. If the level is not suitable for you, you can apply for a change within the first week after the school starts.
5. Q:提交线上报名表格之后，我需要做些什么？
What do I need to do after submitting the application form?
A：我们会通过邮件通知你后续的付费和课程安排，请耐心等待。
We will inform you of the follow-up payment and course schedule by email, etc. Please wait patiently.
6. Q：不满18周岁/超过55周岁的人士可以参加交大的汉语课程吗？
Can people under 18 years old/over 55 years old participate in your Chinese language courses?
A：很抱歉，根据规定，只有18到55周岁的申请者才符合语言生课程的报名要求。
Unfortunately, according to the regulations, only applicants between 18 and 55 years old are eligible to enroll in the Chinese language programs.
7. Q：我完全没有学过中文，零基础也可以参加课程吗？
I haven't studied Chinese at all, can I join the course even if I have zero knowledge?
A：可以，我们的中文课程分为多个等级，供不同层次的汉语学习者选择。
Yes, our Chinese courses are divided into several levels for different levels of Chinese learners to choose.
8. Q:语言生课程可以申请奖学金吗?
Can language students apply for scholarships?
A：语言生可以申请中国政府奖学金和孔子学院奖学金。
1. 申请中国政府奖学金的请联系所在国的中国大使馆或者领馆，需要预录取通知书的同学，请登陆apply.sjtu.edu.cn，选择“Scholarship（only for non-degree program）”申请，等待学校审核录取。咨询邮箱：isc.exchange@sjtu.edu.cn.
2. 申请孔子学院奖学金的，需至少有HSK3级180分以上和HSKK初级60分以上的成绩，请登录国际中文教师奖学金报名网站（cis.chinese.cn）申请奖学金。咨询邮箱：cisjtu@sjtu.edu.cn
Language students can apply for Chinese government scholarships and Confucius Institute scholarships.
1. For Chinese government scholarships, please contact the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country; if you need a pre-admission letter, please visitapply.sjtu.edu.cnand select "Scholarship (only for non-degree program)". And wait for the school to review and accept your application. More questions, please contact:isc.exchange@sjtu.edu.cn.
2. To apply for the Confucius Institute Scholarship, you must have at least 180 points in HSK3 and 60 points in HSKK Elementary, please apply for the scholarship atcis.english.cn.Inquiry email: cisjtu@sjtu.edu.cn
9. Q：我什么时候可以到中国参加线下课程？
When can I enter China to join an on-campus language course?
A：目前我们也不大清楚校园的开放时间，要根据国家的出入境政策和学校相关通知决定。请同学们关注我们的网站：ichinese.sjtu.edu.cn和公众号：ichineseSJTU以获得最新消息。
We are not sure when the campus will open at the moment, but it depends on the national immigration policy and the university's notification. Please follow our website: ichinese.sjtu.edu.cn and official Wechat account: ichineseSJTU to get the latest news.
关于课程
1. Q:课程结束后我能得到相关证书吗？如何获得结业证书？
Will I have a certification at the end of the program?
A:只要在规定时间内申请证书，并同时满足出勤和成绩的相关要求就可以获得电子版结业证书:1).每门课程的缺勤率不得超过1/3；2)所修课程的加权平均成绩需达到60分及以上。期末考试结束后，您可登录教学管理系统（网址：http://202.120.5.252:8848/)下载证书。
You will get a certificate of completion (electronic copy) as long as you apply for it within the required period and meet the related requirements on attendance and results at the same time：1) The absence rate of each course shall not exceed 1 / 3; 2) the weighted average score of the courses taken in the semester should be 60 or above.
After the final exams, you can visit the teaching management system (http://202.120.5.252:8848/)to download the certificate.
2. Q:每期课程共有多少节课，每个班级的人数是多少?是否有机会进行一对一教学?
How many class sessions will be in total and what is the expected class size? Will there be opportunities for individual instruction?
A:请查看每种课程的具体课时安排。每个班级大约为25人。目前没有一对一的教学安排。
You may check the schedule for class information, and the class will be kept under 25 ppl. We do not have online individual tutoring currently.
3. Q:如果我发现所在班级不适合自己，是否可以申请进行更换？
May I adjust my class level if I think the level I choose is not suitable for me?
A:在正式上课第一周内，学生可以向教务办公室申请调换班级: mjzhu315@sjtu.edu.cn.。
During the first week of the semester, students may apply to adjust their class level at our Academic Affairs Office:mjzhu315@sjtu.edu.cn.
4. Q:我可以在哪里进行成绩查询？
A: A:请在教学管理系统里查询，网址http://202.120.5.252:8848/ 。登录用户名为学生本人学号，密码为护照的后六位数字或字母。
Please visit the teaching management system (http://202.120.5.252:8848/) to check your exam results. The user name is the student No. of yourself, and the password is the last 6 numbers of your passport.
5.Q：如果我想要请假，应该怎么操作？
A：请在教学管理系统里进行请假申请，网址http://202.120.5.252:8848/
Please visit the teaching management system (http://202.120.5.252:8848/) to ask for leave.
6. Q:如果我在完成这门课程后想申请在交通大学继续深造，可以用课程证书证明我的中文能力吗?还是要通过HSK考试来证明自己的能力?
If I complete this course, will I be able to use the course certificate as proof of my Chinese language ability if I apply at SJTU for further education? Or will I have to write the HSK test to prove my abilities?
A:交通大学设有中文的学位课程，请查看我们的网站获得更多信息。语言生结业证明会对你有所帮助，但想要申请汉语授课的学位项目，具体入学要求请查看学位生课程的官网：https://isc.sjtu.edu.cn/CN/。
We do have degree programs for Chinese language, please check our website. The certificate of the course will only be “helpful”, to apply for admittance into degree programs taught in Chinese, you have to get the official HSK certificates. Please check the official web of the degree programs: https://isc.sjtu.edu.cn/CN/.
7. Q:上课时间与我的其他安排有冲突，是否可以通过视频回看的方式完成课程，会不会影响我的出勤率？
A：仅限于有时差（课程直播时间在学生自己所在时区的8:00——22:30之外的）无法参加直播课的学生，可以根据上课老师的相关规定，通过回看课堂录像的方式完成课程，并要在老师规定的时间内提交作业，否则仍视为旷课。
Only if the class time is outside 8am to 10:30pm your local time, you don’t have to attend the live session. But you still have to watch the playbacks and submit assignments according to your instructors ‘requirements, otherwise it will still be recorded as unexcused absence.
8.Q:我想参加HSK考试，如何报名参加？
A：A：请自行访问汉语考试服务网报名HSK(K)考试，网址：http://www.chinesetest.cn/

关于费用
1.Q:如何支付报名费和学费？
How do I pay for the application fee and tuition fee?
(1):在线支付：通过微信/支付宝/信用卡等方式直接在线支付。
(2):银行汇款方式支付：请将汇款凭证上传至付款界面。同时请将汇款凭证发邮件至：clpvisa@sjtu.edu.cn。

2. Q:在课程开始之后，是否依然可以申请退学退费？
Can I still cancel my study and ask for a refund after the course start?
A:可以，根据欧宝app官方网站下载人文学院《汉语进修留学生手册》中关于“退学”、“退费”条例执行。详情请咨询zhjinpo@sjtu.edu.cn和clpvisa@sjtu.edu.cn.

3. Q：如果我使用国际信用卡进行支付，是否会产生手续费？
A：如使用中国境内发行的银联卡，不需要支付手续费。如果使用其他银行卡，可能会产生相应的手续费，此手续费需由学生本人承担。具体费率如下（仅供参考）：
