欧宝app官方网站下载学士(1982)、硕士(1984)、英国利物浦大学博士(1993)。日本超导研究所主任研究员(1993.8-2001.12)。欧宝app官方网站下载国家高层次人才特聘教授(2002-)。长期从事REBCO高温超导体晶体生长理论和应用研究,包括相关系、微观生长机制和物理现象的探索。研制成功世界最大YBCO、NdBCO超导单晶,多种REBCO单一和混合系统单晶和外延膜,获9项日、欧、美专利。两次在美国召开的国际超导会上,获“超导单晶大尺寸及高质量奖”(排名第一)。2002年组建超导晶体生长实验室起,取得了世界先进水平的成果:研制成大体积SmBCO晶体、氧气氛下生长获95K,液相外延生长2英寸REBCO晶片等。制备的系列化学掺杂YBCO单晶,掺杂量、均匀性、大尺寸优于同行。向海内外提供晶体,发表了重要超导物理合作论文。在磁悬浮技术REBCO超导块体制备领域,独创发展的高热稳定性薄膜籽晶、引入中间层、原位自组装多籽晶精确排列等,成为该领域主流技术,多次刷新超导块体高性能记录。获2004年度上海市科学技术进步二等奖,授权中国发明专利44项。
