According to the university’s work arrangements and combining actual situation of our school, 2023 winter holiday plans are made as below:

1. 2023 winter holiday starts fromJan 16^th（Monday）to Feb 8^th(Wednesday).

2. To ensure the normal operation of the school, the administrative staff will work shifts during the winter working daysfrom Jan 16th（Monday）to Feb 8th(Wednesday), except the Spring Festival holiday from January 21 to January 27. Enclosed please find the duty table of the school office and notice on work arrangement of Shanghai Jiao Tong University for winter holiday of 2023. (Annex 1: 2023 Winter Holiday duty table; Appendix 2: Shanghai Jiaotong University's notice on winter vacation work arrangements for 2023). Office hours are 8:30am-11:30am, 13:30pm-16:30pm. The secondary units make holiday arrangements by themselves.

3.All secondary units are requested to continue to do a good job in campus safety management and the regular work.

4. The new semester willstart on Feb 9^th(Thursday).
