Position:Chemist (New Colleague Graduate)

Location:Shanghai

Open Vacancy (Totally 6):

Principle Accountabilities:

§ Understand and live by Axalta’s core operating principles of EHS, Ethics, People treatment and Quality.

§ Develop product formulation following APQP process.

§ Work with cross-functional team to ensure on time product development, alignment and commercialization.

§ Responsible for finding suitable rework routes for distressed inventory or other non-productive inventory.

§ Keep test specifications and test methods up to date, develop new specifications and methods as appropriate.

§ Ensure all project documentation is completed properly&in full and available for any internal or external quality audits.

§ Attend line trials of new product launches at customer sites as required.

§ Provide timely trouble-shooting solutions and handle complaints to satisfy customers.

§ Supervise and plan technician\'s daily work to drive productivity and performance improvement.

§ Ensure safe work environment.

Skill and Knowledge Required:

§ PhD or Master in Polymer Chemistry, Material Science and Chemical Engineering.

§ Experience in coatings formulation development is preferred.

§ Good computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Words.

§ Strong verbal and written command of English language.

§ Experience in the use of DOE is preferred.

§ Team spirit, Open-minded, Communicative.

§ Good EHS sense.

Position:

Sales Representative (New Colleague Graduate)

Location: Shanghai

Open Vacancy (Totally 2):

Principle Accountabilities:

§ Achieve & exceed sales target in the assigned territory by managing existing customer and developing new business for refinish coating product.

§ Offer solution to customer’s question & facilitate customers to improve the operation process & productivity.

§ Manage existing distribution network and develop professional jobber network.

§ Ensure on time payment of customer orders, and manage customer’s quality complaints.

§ Plan & implement customer visit and solution offering with maximum daily productivity.

§ Collect end user information for database update by each market segment, and feedback competitor’s information & activities.

Skill and Knowledge Required:

§ Bachelor’s Degree or above in Chemistry or related.

§ Be interested in auto after market.

§ Self-learning and positive working attitude.

§ Can work independently and under pressure.

§ Good English communication skill and computer skill.
