薛向东,长聘教轨副教授,课题组组长,博士生导师,上海市海外高层次引进人才。
博士毕业于中国科学院国家纳米科学中心,师从梁兴杰研究员。2015年至2020年,分别在美国华盛顿大学(Samuel Wickline课题组)和加州大学戴维斯分校(Yuanpei Li课题组)从事博士后研究工作。2020年12月全职加入欧宝app官方网站下载药学院,长期致力于:基于纳米材料的癌症精准诊疗以及“诊断-治疗”相关性的探究,以期发展出更优的癌症防治方案。目前已发表高水平SCI论文50余篇,论文被引超过3200次,H因子27。其中包括以第一或通讯作者在 Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Biomaterials, Advanced Functional Materials等国际权威刊物上发表的论文20余篇(IF>220),并被F-1000,福布斯,科学日报,美国化学学会等知名媒体报道。主持国自然青年和面上基金各1项,获授权PCT 国际专利 2项(1项已转让),中国专利 5 项(1项已转让)。同时,薛向东为《Exploration》期刊青年编委,《International Journal of Molecular Sciences》(IF=6.2)和《Journal of Functional Biomaterials》(IF=4.51)的客座主编,上海市药学会药剂学专委会青年委员(基础药剂学组),中国生物物理学会会员,中国抗癌协会会员,美国癌症研究协会(AACR)会员;并长期担任Biomaterials, Advanced Sciences, Small, ACS Applied Material & Interface, Chemical Engineering Journal, Acta Biomaterialia, Journal of Controlled Release, Molecular Pharmaceutics等20余国际学术期刊的审稿人。

课题组面向“精准医疗”和人民“大健康”需求,基于纳米技术发展精准的影像诊断和药物治疗策略,以期发展出优于临床手段的癌症个性化治疗和精确诊断技术和方法。具体为:

o 智能小分子药物自组装递送系统的构建及其对相关疾病的治疗和成像
o 基于可调谐造影剂的MRI及相关成像技术对早期癌症的精确诊断
o 免疫调控和免疫治疗对晚期转移型癌症的治疗
