  • 简介

    一、课题组简介

    针对生物过程中存在的底物不溶、产物抑制、降解等问题,首创浊点系统萃取微生物发酵新技术。目前正在研究的课题包括:1)以甾体微生物转化为例,开发界面生物催化技术;2)应用生物相容化学技术开发红曲色素衍生物及其生物活性。相关研究内容获得3项国家自然科学基金资助,研究成果出版《萃取微生物转化》专著一部、发表了SCI论文50余篇,部分专利成果已开始工业化应用。

    1、生物技术药物:生物催化是合成复杂结构药物或前体的重要手段。应用浊点系统技术解除生物催化(微生物转化与发酵)过程中存在的底物生物利用度低、底物/产物抑制、产物进一步降解等瓶颈问题。
    2、微生物次级代谢:微生物次级代谢受到多种环境因素的调控。应用浊点系统萃取发酵技术改变营养物质的吸收和次级代谢产物的分泌,进而调控微生物次级代谢的途径及效率。

    1. Introduction
    To address issues in the process of biotransformation, including low substrate aqueous solubility, and product inhibition and degradation, we have firstly developed a novel technology concerning extractive microbial transformation in cloud point system. Currently, we are focusing on two major directions: 1) by taking steroid microbial conversions as an example, develop technology of interfacial biocatalysis; 2) by utilizing biocompatible chemistry, exploit potentially valuable red Monascus pigments and evaluate their further biological activity. These research projects are supported by 3 funds of National Natural Science Foundation of China. So far Dr. Wang has published a monograph Extractive Microbial Transformation, and more than 50 articles in SCI journals. Besides, several patents on our research findings have begun to be industrialized.

    3. Main Research Interests
    1, Biopharmaceutics: biocatalysis plays an important role in synthesizing medical products/precursors with complex structures. In biocatalytic process (e.g. microbial conversions and fermentations), cloud point system may be a useful means of dealing with the bottlenecks including limited substrate bioavailability, substrate/product inhibition and further degradation of products.
    2, Microbial secondary metabolism: The secondary metabolism of microorganisms can be readily modulated by various environmental factors. Using extractive fermentation in cloud point system, microorganisms’ taking up nutrients and excreting secondary metabolites could be altered, and subsequently modulating the pathways and efficiency of microbial secondary metabolism.
