黎汛泰自本科阶段便展现出对学术的热情和潜力。他以优异的成绩完成学业，荣获“欧宝app官方网站下载本科优秀毕业生”称号，这不仅是对他学习能力的肯定，更激励他继续深耕学术领域。攻读硕士学位期间，他聚焦公共管理与社会治理领域，围绕社区治理与住房问题展开系统研究。

He has demonstrated his passion and potential for academics. He completed his undergraduate studies with honours, which not only recognised his learning ability, but also inspired him to continue to pursue his academic field. During his master's degree, he further focused on the field of public administration and social governance, and conducted systematic research on community governance and housing issues.

黎汛泰在硕士阶段取得了丰硕的研究成果。他作为核心成员在国际知名SSCI期刊发表了一篇高水平论文，并以第一作者身份在北大中文核心期刊上发表了一篇学术论文。

During his master’s studies, Li Xuntai achieved remarkable research accomplishments. As a core team member, he published a high-quality paper in an internationally renowned SSCI-indexed journal, while also serving as the first author of an academic paper included in Peking University’s Chinese Core Journals. 

在科研实践中，黎汛泰积极参与多个重要国家级和省部级课题研究，包括国家自然科学基金项目、上海市社会科学规划课题及“美好社区先锋行动”等。他多次前往基层社区开展实地调研，深入了解居民生活和政策实施状况，并通过扎实的研究成果为促进共同富裕和新型生产力发展贡献了政策建议。同时，他与团队通力合作，在“知行杯”上海市大学生社会实践大赛中两获一等奖，彰显了其卓越的科研能力与团队协作精神。

In his research practice, Li actively participated in several significant national and provincial-level projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Shanghai Social Science Planning research initiatives, and the "Pioneer Action for Better Communities" program. He conducted extensive field research in grassroots communities to examine resident livelihoods and policy implementation effectiveness, producing rigorous research that contributed valuable policy recommendations for advancing common prosperity and developing new productive forces. Demonstrating both outstanding research capabilities and a strong collaborative spirit, Li, together with his team, twice won first prizes in Shanghai’s "Knowledge and Action Cup" College Student Social Practice Competition.

除了学术研究，黎汛泰还积极参与撰写咨政建言。他深入研究社会用房转化为学生宿舍的可行性，梳理政策现状和实施难点，撰写了一份详实的专报，为政策制定者提供了创新性的解决思路和实施路径。这份报告不仅得到了上海市政协的批示，还为社会问题的解决提供了现实参考。

He is also actively involved in writing political advice. He has conducted in-depth research on the feasibility of converting social housing into student dormitories, sorted out the current status of the policy and the difficulties in its implementation, and written a detailed special report, which provides policymakers with innovative ideas and implementation paths. The report was not only approved by the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), but also provided a pragmatic reference for the solution of social problems.

与此同时，他在学生社团中也表现积极，担任欧宝app官方网站下载足球协会裁判指导，考取国家二级裁判员证，组织多场校园足球赛事。这些经历不仅丰富了他的课余生活，还培养了他的组织协调能力和团队管理能力。

At the same time, he is also active in student associations, serving as a referee guide for the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Football Association, obtaining the National Level 2 Referee Certificate, and organizing many campus football tournaments. These experiences have enriched his extracurricular life and cultivated his comprehensive ability in organization, coordination, and team management.

作为一名国际学生，黎汛泰从踏上中国土地的那一刻起，就被这片充满历史与活力的国度深深吸引。他计划继续在本校攻读博士学位，将研究重点放在房地产发展新模式与社会治理机制上。他希望通过对中国社会经济发展的独特观察和深刻分析，将学术研究与实际问题相结合，为这片土地的发展贡献自己的智慧，同时也为本国社会治理提供借鉴与参考。他认为，中国的快速发展与社会创新为世界提供了重要经验，他期望成为连接中外知识与实践的桥梁。

As an international student, Li Xuntai was deeply captivated by this land brimming with history and vitality from the moment he set foot on Chinese soil. He plans to pursue his Ph.D. at our university, focusing his research on innovative models of real estate development and social governance mechanisms. By combining unique observations and in-depth analysis of China's socioeconomic development, he aims to integrate academic research with practical issues—contributing his insights to this nation’s progress while also offering valuable references for his home country’s governance. He believes China’s rapid development and social innovation provide invaluable lessons for the world, and he aspires to serve as a bridge linking global knowledge and practice.
