Format
3-5 minutes short video in English and Chinese (with bilingual subtitles), not limited to Vlogs, talk shows, speeches, interviews, original songs and other forms. The video should have a resolution of 1080*1920 or above, with a format in MP4/Mov 9:16 vertical screen, and a file size within 200M
Awards
The first, second and third prizes of the contest will be awarded with prizes worth 3000 RMB 2000 RMB and 1000 RMB respectively and several commemorative certificates.
The Shanghai Municipal People's Government Information Office and China Daily will carry out multi-channel dissemination of the outstanding video works.
